Swetha Pathak, MD

Dr. Swetha Pathak is a board-certified physician specializing in dermatology. Her academic voyage began at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, where she opted for a distinctive dual program that combined a bachelor's degree in science with a medical doctorate. After graduating with summa cum laude honors, she further solidified her academic prowess with the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha honor from Drexel University College of Medicine, recognizing her stellar academic achievements, leadership, empathy, and philanthropic endeavors.

Dr. Pathak then completed an internship at Albert Einstein in Philadelphia, PA, before pursuing a dermatology residency at Wake Forest University in Winston Salem, NC, where she notably served as chief resident from 2016-2017. Her comprehensive training provided extensive exposure to both adult and pediatric dermatology. She excels in cutaneous surgery and is highly skilled in skin cancer surveillance and excisions. Her expertise has been highlighted in numerous live television programs, where she passionately shares in-depth insights on effective skin care regimens and skin cancer prevention.

After five years in private practice in North Carolina, Dr. Pathak and her family relocated to Florida in the summer of 2022. They look forward to professional and personal growth with the Jacksonville, FL community.
